Faculty and staff information in the Campus Directory is entered and updated by each department's directory coordinator. View Updaters List

Updating Student Listings
To update student information displayed in the Campus Directory, log on to www.my.ucla.edu and go to Privacy Options under Settings. If you have questions, contact the Registrar's Office by phone: (310) 825-1091, option 6.
Updating Department Listings
Departmental directory information is maintained by Directory Services. If any changes need to be made to a listing, notify your department directory coordinator. This staff member will forward the updated information to Directory Services to verify and enter the changes. Changes will be reflected in the online directory within 24 hours.
